As you may know, there has been a rise in crime in our neighborhood lately. To help prevent the loss of valuable items, we are urging residents to keep all of their valuables, whether they are sentimental or material, inside their homes. This will help keep them safe and reduce the risk of theft or damage.
We are unable to provide security cameras due to liabilities, although if you would like to install one,please feel free.

someone stole some items off my patio. someone shuffled through my Christmas decorations and stole a new full propane tank that was hidden in the corner under some items. stay cautious.

I would also like more information about this service. Is it actually less expensive than 3 dumpsters and a recycling area? Will my rent go up with this
new service? There is no place in my apartment to store another trash can discreetly. I am not happy with this unrequested and unsubstantiated change. My rent goes up significantly every year as it is.

Hi Friends,
I just had some questions about this new Valet Trash service. Sorry if this was addressed somewhere already, but I didn't see answers in the paper posted to our doors. Is this a service that we are paying for? Do we need to return the trash can they provided if we don't intend to use them? I do not feel like I am making that enough garbage to need a nightly service and with house-less people coming up to our dumpsters in the past, I'm not too comfortable encouraging the possibility of them coming up to our buildings at night and early in the morning. Thanks!

Part of a tree fell on unit 2, right on my roof. Called emergency maintenance and had to leave a message with someone that spoke English as a second language. I don't believe she understood what I was saying. No response at all many hours later.

Hi all;
It's 1:40 pm and a tree at the back of the apartment near the metal gate/smoking place just fell. I saw a lady walking there earlier. Please AVOID that area until the winds settle down. Keep safe and stay inside.

Good afternoon, Residents!
It has come to our attention that there is a vehicle parked in space 53 that is not listed in our system. It's parked in a handicap spot with expired handicap permits and it has a flat tire. This vehicle needs to be moved to a visitor parking spot immediately or it will be subject to towing. If it has not moved by 4pm today (12/21) it will be towed by Sergeant's Towing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

There's been a beautiful siamese kitty wandering around the apartment. She was out shivering in the rain yesterday and seems very hungry. She has a collar with a tag on it but she won't let anyone close to her.
If you are missing your kitty She is hanging out in the woods in the back of the apartment complex.

Please, I'm begging you...if you take your dog(s) outside, even if it's only for a quick potty break, PUT THEM ON A LEASH. I can't count the number of times I or my dogs have been aggressively "approached" by your little ankle-biters.
Stop bringing in shopping carts from Winco and leaving them stranded near the sidewalks.
Whoever is smoking 20 feet from the smoking area in the front and leaving all of their cigarette butts on the ground, please do the right thing and pick them up and then stop doing it.
If you want to act like trash, then be trash and take yourself out of this apartment complex.

I had a wooden bear stolen from outside my front door over the weekend. It was decor and has significant sentimental value. It was wearing a Santa hat, which was also taken with it. I'm asking it be returned, no questions asked. Thank you!
